Liquid 3a and 3b clog up my dos lines

Started a new 90g reef tank about 2 months ago. Decided to give Triton a chance. Using Apex DOS pumps and on both 3a and 3b I have to use a stainless skewer and shove it in the end of my DOS lines because they jam up with crystals in the last 1/2 inch of the tubing where it does into the sump. No crystallization anywhere else in the 10L jug or the DOS tank..can you please explain what is going on here and why? DOS pumps are Pumping in 7ml over 6 hours individually so after one pump finishes its 6 hours the next one starts rinse wash repeat daily.

Are your lines going into the water ...??? Or they are splashing water back onto the lines..??..and 3a and 3b can be combined and dosed with one pump

yes there could be some splashing and I decided for now to use the 3a and 3b separately I am aware they can be combined but the 3a/3b would empty twice as fast as the other 2 canisters and I am old and forgetful

If there is water splashing back onto your lines then I would raise your lines ..then your lines wont clog ..
This is how I have mine set ...I've never had problems with it

Separate the line from each other. Time the additions 15 to 20 minute apart. These are to learning that I found in dosing cal and alk for the past 25 years. You want the lines 1/2 to 1 inch off the water. I do check the lines once a month to part sure they are still delivering the liquid properly.

going to try raising them first but I have them in the same order as the tanks on my gang holder..I will, however, separate 3a and 3b to the outside of the 4 to give some room between them...and they are set to run 6 hours apart already..thank you for trying to help I appreciate it if raising does not work I will try to just replace the lines and lower them

What happens is they collect or stay wet and then get the other part of the end of the line and this will build up causing blockage. Wow 6 hours apart between part A and B That is quite a long time. I dose 5 times a day to maintain a level cal and alk level thru out the day.

I dose 24 x a day ....I have 3a +3b mixed in one container.
