List of bristletooth tangs

Hi everyone!
I am looking for a good tang to eat hair algae so I want to see all of my options. I know some basic bristle tooth tangs but I can't find a good comprehensive list. Any pictures of your tangs in this genus would be greatly appreciated ! Thank you!

Tomini Tang
Kole Tang
White Tail Tang
Blue Eyed Tang
Chevron Tang
Two Spot Tang

That's about all I can think of now as far as bristle tooth tangs .

Is the Sailfin tang a bristletooth? The guy at BRS said so but I'm not seeing it listed. Am I correct in saying a bristletooth will have a bigger impact on reducing my hair algae?

If the Sailfin is not a good hair algae grazer I am thinking the yellow eye kole tang. Does the purple tang fall into the bristle tooth family?

Neither are bristle tooth's . Both are Zebrasoma .bristletooth's are ctenochaetus .IMHO a regular yellow tang (zebrasoma sp) grazes hair algae just as well as a bristletooth. A bristletooth appears to graze more since it scrapes the rocks with it's teeth (if u wanna them that ) .
A seahare and other reef inhabitants do these jobs too .

Ctenochaetus cyanocheilus = Short Tail Bristletooth Tang
Ctenochaetus flavicauda = White Tail Bristletooth Tang
Ctenochaetus hawaiiensis = Chevron tang
Ctenochaetus marginatus = Striped-fin surgeonfish
Ctenochaetus striatus = Striated surgeonfish
Ctenochaetus strigosus = Kole Tang
Ctenochaetus tominiensis = Tomini surgeonfish
Ctenochaetus truncatus = Indian Gold Ring Bristletooth Tang

My Ctenochaetus tangs didn't touch hair algae at all. C truncatus is a really cool fish. There was one on DD earlier in the week.

I do really like the yellow eye kole tang. I also like the purple tang. I plan on adding a Desjardini Sailfin anyway. In order which of these will eat the most hair algae and the least? I'm not against. Yellow tang if it will eat a lot of hair algae.

No they are different fish I know coz I have both in my tank. Also out of the 2 the bristletooth is a better algae eater
