Literally nauseous

I honestly never thought I'd post something like this, but this is flat out wrong... I was ecstatic for this pack, and everything is brown..... Seller doesn't care, either.
I received this pack this morning. The pics speak for themselves, and the title describes how i feel.

Hey, don't get so upset. I understand that you spent a ton of money but those corals still look good. You have to understand those are living creatures that requires light to color up. SPS are very sensitive and if they have been in total darkness for 24 hrs they are going to brown out but as soon as you put them in your tank and they acclimate to your tank parameters and lighting, they will color up. Be aware that they may not color up like what you see in the pictures because your system is not the same as the sellers system. Different parameters will produce different outcome (growth and color) so don;t be upset if you don't see vivid colors like the sellers posted.

No... I've got acros in the male. This is a scam. These were brown when they shipped... I'm not new to this hobby, or ordering online...

You are absolutely permitted to explain what is happening and what you've been told.
(and at this point, you haven't even named the seller, BTW)
 
Last set of pics was advertised corals. Pics i took upon unbagging the corals are first. He has resorted to "i have no further comments" and the corals look good to him.
 
I asked for fully healed frags. As you can see. The frag plugs are spotless....

Still no text reply, or reply on here. This is a scam, and i can't put my experience on his sale thread to prevent him from scamming others? Dude is ignoring me. "I have no further comments"

Unrealistic, and unreasonable? You sent me garbage. Nothing looks anything like the coral advertised. Every single piece is half dead, and brown. You don't wish to respond any further because you know you're in the wrong. My pics are clear as day, and 1 hour after arriving. 100% scam, and you know it.
 
Fresh cuts, unhealed, wild(have not been in your tank for 6 months) You're a blatant liar, and you say it ruined your day that I'm unhappy with my order? It made your day. You got $300 and sent me some garbage taking up space in your tank. It's sickening that you run a business, and this is how you treat people. I am a hobbiest, and i traded an OG bounce to another hobbiest. It got blown off the rock it was on, and I'm replacing it for free. You're a joke, and a scammer. You'll get what's coming.
 
Do I have any recourse here? Kasasah is ruining my good reputation on R2R. I invite you all to take a look at my previous sale threads, which show great reviews from fellow hobbiests.

What Kasasah isn't reporting is that I sent him 14 healthy frags ( including two freebies). He took bias pictures of the undersides of select frags he received. The polyps were clearly retracted from handling. We agreed on shipping fresh cut frags that were healed for two weeks. All coral he recieved from me has been in my tank for six months up to eight years.

I am not a coral selling business, or vendor. I am a hobbiest selling frags of my colonies at hobbiest prices. He recieved 14 frags for $280 and he posted nine pictures and called it $300 lost.

I tried reasoning with him offline for some time with no success, he is unyielding and unrelenting in his public attack on my character. I have a full time job, and I don't have time to go back and fourth with Kasasah any further.
 
Ok you both have been able to respond. I don’t see any resolution going to happen here so please handle it outside of R2R. Nothing we can do as a forum to “fix” this.
