litermeter tubes won't rotate

just replaced the tubing in my liter meter pump, says to run dry for 20 min after replacing tubing. One pump is working ok. The small tubes on the second pump won't rotate. have had the pump head on and off multiple times, wear strip in proper location, shaft is spinning, loosened bolts a little to slightly move head, lightly taped on head. Nothing has worked.
Wiped everything down good and just replaced the tubing, not the rollers

I would call spectrapure for help when they open back up after Christmas. Their pumps are great and last a long time but hard to work on IME.
