Had an ICP test come back with a what looks like pretty good numbers. Had a some elements come up on the lower side of good, most of which I’ve found are in ESV Transition Elements and Aquavitro Fuel, both I currently dose. That said, lithium and strontium were the 2 that were not in my dosing products, and wondering what role they play, and if I need to worry about chasing either of those numbers?
