Little bugs crawling in tank bottom

I found those little black , transparent snail/butgs like creatures crawling at night at the bottom of my tank , any tip what are these things and are they harmful for my corals , and few days ago i found eggs like things as well at the back of my aquarium

Those are "pods" a common name for several types of small crustaceans. They are good. The serves as part of the clean-up crew as well as a good food source for you fish. The white guys on the glass I can't tell. Need better focus or a close up picture
 
The white dots on the glass could be baby trochus snail. My trochus snails have lots of babies and when they start out the are tiny white snails. Do you trochus snails? Of course other snails have babies too. Can you see a tiny shell with a foot sliding along the glass?
 
Amphipod which are a little larger than copepods and in fact may eat the smaller pods

+1 They appear to be Amphipods, common on live substrates. Great scavengers!

They could also be the eggs of another snail, Spirorbid worms, or maybe something else...

That sand looks amazing (reminds me of Tampa Bay Saltwater live sand)! Where did you get it?

Thanks alot for your help , i have never seen them before i noticed them more when lights were off

Thanks :) i actually bought it from a fisherman its usually near the coast of the red sea or beaches , its mostly not sand its like shattered pieces of shells it looks exactly like that Tampa Bay live sand i agree

I Will take a closer look , and check of there's any shell formation indeed , and yes i have some snails
