+1 They appear to be Amphipods, common on live substrates. Great scavengers!Those are "pods" a common name for several types of small crustaceans. They are good. The serves as part of the clean-up crew as well as a good food source for you fish. The white guys on the glass I can't tell. Need better focus or a close up picture
They could also be the eggs of another snail, Spirorbid worms, or maybe something else...The white dots on the glass could be baby trochus snail. My trochus snails have lots of babies and when they start out the are tiny white snails. Do you trochus snails? Of course other snails have babies too. Can you see a tiny shell with a foot sliding along the glass?
That sand looks amazing (reminds me of Tampa Bay Saltwater live sand)! Where did you get it?

i actually bought it from a fisherman its usually near the coast of the red sea or beaches , its mostly not sand its like shattered pieces of shells it looks exactly like that Tampa Bay live sand i agreeI Will take a closer look , and check of there's any shell formation indeed , and yes i have some snailsThe white dots on the glass could be baby trochus snail.
