Little bugs on my zoas?

I'm sitting here looking at my zoas and I have seen a few of these really really tiny looking bugs pop in and out of my zoas. What could these things be and should I take action?

I don't really have anything good enough to take that kind of picture but here's a picture of my zoas. They kind of look like something isn't right.

It looks like a few of them are either missing parts of there skirts (I think that's what it's called) or they are partially closed. It's hard to tell
 
They generally look fine to me. As others have said you are likely seeing copepods or amphipods. There are predators someone else mentioned nudis but they dont "pop in and out" of anywhere. They are pretty slow and distinctive and i would doubt something like that is your issue.
