Could we get a picture under white light? Looks blurry, but I believe you have munnid isopods (not copepods or amphipods but it's still a "pod").
They eat detritus and algae and fish enjoy eating them. Harmless and beneficial.

That's it, exactly what mine look like.
I have no fish. Just coral. Had a velvet issue like a year ago, and while it was fallow it started looking so good I just let things grow and never got anymore fish. So I guess I'll just let them be. Lol. Not sure why they decided to appear now. Lol.
