Little bugs swimming under rocks, pods?

What are these little things?


 
My guess is copepods due to the jerky, “hopping” movement; usually, copepods in our reef systems are benthic species that prefer clinging to surfaces, though this is not always the case. Mysid shrimp glide around more smoothly, though it’s still possible that these hitchhikers could be one of many adult and juvenile, planktonic crustaceans.
