Little crustacean identification help!!

Greetings y’all,
I have a question about this critter or exoskeleton floating around my tank. The tank is pretty new, have some crabs, snails and two clowns. Used live rock and live sand when I set it up.

Wondering if it’s bad or good or neither lol. Pics below

Looks like an Amphipod shed which is harmless. Or possible a small shrimp hitchhiker shed, hard to gauge the size

Size maybe like 1/4-1/2 inch spread out…. So they are harmless right??

The shed is harmless for sure. If it’s a smaller shrimp (1/2” is a bit big for an Amphipod), it’s likely harmless also
