Little gem

Picked up this gem yesterday at a lil mom and pop lfs for 5 bucks. I asked the owner if he could turn the whites down on one of his tanks and this was shining like a diamond in the rough on the sandbed. Just a single polyp, owner had no idea how it got there, what it was, or how long its been there. Any ideas? Photo is pretty close to what it looks like in person except for the fact that the green is actually yellow than bright green.
