Wow! I am no expert and have no idea what it is, but reminds of a baby seahare

It came on some caudium I think. There is only calcareous algae in the tank. I hope it has food it can eat. It's only like 1/4 inch. It climbs the glass and dive bombs like a lettuce nudi does.

I remember finding one of these on some wild codium I collected. I believe it sapped up the juices from the codium for a while (the algae grew strange "bug bite" like bumps during this period). Then, it started wandering around my aquarium and eventually disappeared (probably did a "Nemo" into my hob filter but failed to escape).

Thank you for the link. It turns out I have these in another tank, but they are distinctly different. I lost sight of the original slug, but i am hoping it turns out to be a lettuce nudi and grows.

Here are some Oxynoe I found. They seem to like caulerpa. I wonder if all these cool creatures I'm finding are the oceans version of garden pests though. For macro algae tanks anyway

Thanks. It appears that's what the second ones are. The first pictures I took though are of a different slug. Distinctly different. There is not bulge and it has white frills down its back, which is why I was thinking baby lettuce nudi.

Another one in the same spot today. Much bigger and different. I love these little guys, I just hope they don't eat all my caulerpa.
