Little help on dosing

So I been checking my aquarium
Alk and calcium
I seems to be consuming daily
Alk ( .6 )
Calcium (24)
The problem that I have is am using seachem a and b and really don’T know how many mls to dose daily
All it says is to dose 10 mls every two Days not much info after that ...

You need to dose and then test to dial them both in. Start with the recommended doses and then see what they do to your levels. Once you get a feel for it you can dose daily or every other day and test weekly to make sure you stay in range.
