Little help with my Tomi Tang

I have a new tiny Tomi tang showing some spots. First one in the tank. Thank you for any help or suggestions

Some of those spots may be ich, others seem a bit too large and may be mucus plugs (a sign of stress). The fish also seems a bit thin and dark.
How long have you had it?

Thanks for the reply. I've had it 5 days. Its very small maybe 1.5"-2" max. I'm in contact with LFS that I got it from and they're dealing with it now.
