What is this? I’m thinking Hydras? Do I get rid of them?

Looks like a Devonshire cup coral to me. If so, nothing to worry about. I personally think they're pretty cool. They come in on live rock and really don't cause any harm. If you wanna keep it alive, then you should spot feed it. Otherwise, it'll go away itself.

Can't make it out too well in the pics but if they are tiny it's probably some colonial hydriods. I had a little patch for quite a while. Not sure if they are still there or got overgrown with zoas. They were never an issue in my tank but maybe others have had different experiences with them.

Ahhh I see it now. Yup I agree. Also called ball anemones. I've got those too. Never bugged anything
