It doesn’t seem to be moving, so I don’t know if it’s a cucumber, I thought they moved around kind of like snails? I haven’t add anything to the tank in some time. . .

here’s another photo:

Could be a ball anemone as someone said. If it’s a ball anemone, the tips of the tentacles will have tiny little balls that fluoresce under blue lights. If it’s a baby rfa, the oral disc should fluoresce under blues.
How long have you had the rfa? Females brood the babies until they are fully formed, so it’s possible it could have been ‘with child’ when you received it.
If I had to guess, I’d say ball anemone based on the pic as I think I can see the ball on some of the tentacles and the way the mouth looks like it’s puckered is typical of ball anemones (which are actually mushrooms btw)

Mushrooms are anemones as they can move around if need be although they’re more like mini maxis and RFAs in which they don’t move too often or far.

In fact, mushrooms are not anemones (although they have been called mushroom anemones, disk anemones, etc). Mushrooms are corallimorphs.

From Wikipedia:
"Corallimorpharia is an order of marine cnidarians closely related to stony or reef building corals (Scleractinia). In many respects, they resemble the stony corals, except for the absence of a stony skeleton. Morphological and molecular evidence suggests that they are very closely related to stony corals."

Within this order are several families: Corallimorphidae is the one which includes the ball anemones. Discosomidae includes the mushrooms we usually see in the hobby - discosomas, rhodactis, ricordia.

Sea anemones and mushrooms/corallimorphs share the same phylum - Cnidaria, class - Anthozoa, and subclass - Hexacorallia, but anemones are in the order Actiniaria.
