this thing is on my reef tank and I can't find an id what is it, and is it safe for my corals and mantis shrimp?

its really small like 1-4 mm big.

ok thank you, there are around 30 on the glass and growing lol I was worried about it. They are fast little guys
 
They are just a type of copepods. I have a bunch of different ones in my sump. I even have baby cleaner shrimp that made it into my refugium chamber and have been growing in there.
 
Food source for both fish and coral

Uhhh, did you lift that image from Google? That's a munnid isopod, as is written in the subtitle of that image lol
 
Definitely a munnid isopod. An amphipod looks sorta like a shrimp, curled partially into a C, with long legs. Harmless algae-eaters, good fish snacks.
