Little snails and orange worm?

I've got one orange tiny worm, looks like black line down the center and white legs. Is this a bristleworm? Just about all snails are good right? Bunch of little snails I'm thinking about tossing in the tank.

The snails are probably collonistas. I'm sure the worm is fine, but it can't be ID'd from the picture.
