Little spots of brown algae?

So i came home from work and I have little spots of brown algae on my rock. Nothing on my glass or sand. All water levels are perfect and did a 5% water change on Sat. Do I need to be worried? Anything I can do or is this just the nature of the beast?

Been running for a month

It's diatoms, they're completely fine and totally normal. They'll go way almost as fast as they showed up, it's a sign that your tank is maturing!
