Little to no pressure rodi?

So recently my psi has been lower than usual. But today I was looking and my booster couldn’t even get it over 50. So I detached the source water and plugged it directly into the filter and the pressure looks like this:

pressure without the booster is usually 40~<50. And the source pressure seems fine.

many idea what might be going on here?

Edit:
I opened up the flush valve and the pressure went up to just over 20 and the waste line is now bouncing.

I’m using a hose adapter and the problem isn’t there. So I’m guessing I should take things apart until something clears up.
