Little white dots???

What are these little white dots? Getting more of these throughout my tank. Tank is 10mo.

They are Spirorbid worms.

I think maybe they meant copepods, but you're talking about the spots on the live rock, right? They look to be spirorbid worms to me, which are filter feeders, and to my knowledge won't cause any harm.

My guess would be this tank is either young or missing components in the filtering of. I do not know this but am curious to learn.

These are certainly worms. I was most definitely sharing characteristics of one of my tanks.
