Little white worm on glass

I found three white worms on my glass this morning as I was feeding. What are they?

Looks like a piece of hair to me.

The pic is kind of fuzzy but it is right above the sand bed.

It was definitely moving it buried itself under the sand.

Maybe a spaghetti worm? Hard to tell from the photos tho.

Yes sorry for the bad pictures I can't take another because I can't find anymore. If they come out of the sand again I will take a picture.

It just looks like a tiny string that crawls on my glass.
