Little white worm

Curious what these buggers are. They are a white "worm" with two tiny antennas and are white in color. Quite a few of those guys on my glass wondering what those litters critters are.

My guess is Caprellid Amphipods
If I had to take a second guess possibly shrimp larva
 
I have the same and can't figure out what they are did you ever get any negative side effects from these?

Looks like spionid worm larvae to me.
 
Did you ever get this confirmed? I have what look very similar. They’re very small on glass, 1/8th inch or so. My tank is fallow for ich outbreak, and I’m noticing lots more copepods and other weird small creatures lol. My wrasse and others were probably keeping the population down before.
