Little white worms

These worms are all over my glass and back panel. They don't seem to be copepods the have no limbs. My main concern is are these reef safe? I have corals coming in on Thursday.

They are really hard to see as you mentioned kind of. But I sometimes get tiny baby pods on my glass. Maybe?
