Little worm things on glass

These little pill shaped fellas are on my glass, always had them but never knew what they were. Are they copepods or maybe bristleworms?

I can’t get a better picture than this unfortunately, if you are able to zoom in a bit it’s the white specks, sorry!

They are likely copepods! Can you see them walking around? If so, probably copepods.

They are likely copepods! Can you see them walking around? If so, probably copepods.

They walk around a lot and my tank’s walls and sump walls are covered with them. I do have more circular copepods and tigger pods but never knew what these pill shaped ones were.

Are isopods good or bad? They've been here for a while now and are still this size unless they grew and are multiplying in my sandbed.

Some are bad, most are good. I'd need better pics to tell for sure. Look up munnid isopods and see if the pics match what you've got.
