Hey everyone I was wondering if my trumpet coral looked ok? In one section it looks a little bony but in others it looks nice. Any opinions would be appreciated. :)

Looks like you have a water quality issue. The LPS is sitting in area covered in nuisance algae. You can try feeding it as well if you're not.

Looks okay they will often open up or retract a bit. Depends on what you are using for lighting and your water parameters.

Hey Tahoe thanks for the info, but al my water parameters are fine, except calcium little low, adding some buffer tommorow. I just got a new light and the spectrum switched and it grew the algae like crazy. And I do try to feed him

Nice coral mike! An my light is a kessil a150w ocean blue and my water parameters are pretty good, and I keep up on my water changes.
