On Monday I had the second half of my live fish order delivered to the wrong address. No fault of myself or Live Aquaria, FedEx screwed it up. The person the fish was delivered too called the number on the box to let live aquaria know. I was given a phone call immediately from a very apologetic and concerned Live Aquaria customer service rep. Together we sorted the box was at the neighbors and I was able to walk over and grab it. Two days later I received a call from this same person asking how the fish was doing and if all was well. That's amazing. And even though it was no fault of theirs, they gave me a credit towards another purchase.
The fish I ordered arrived well packed, after acclimation and a day of being shy, all fish are swimming and eating. Great transaction and follow up which is so rare in this day.
