Live aquaria delay shipment?

i don’t see an option for delivery date...has anyone set one in the notes?
I want to be sure before I put an order in.

I would call your order in so you can get the exact shipment date you want.

as long as it is not from divers den you should be able to call them. divers den is pretty strict.

The weather around almost the entire country is below freezing. Including the major air hubs for both fedex and ups. That may have something to do with it, as I know several retailers are not willing to risk shipment this week due to temperatures. I would reach out to them to see what they say about it.

It says it ships from California and I’m in AZ so temps should be fine.

All I mean is I’d like it shipped Thursday for Friday delivery. So call in is best choice here?

I got off the phone with them this morning about my order, they reassured me they they take weather into account and heat pack accordingly. I do still have a little worry with the frags going out tonight. We shall see tomorrow afternoon. They made the call, so I hope it goes well.

I placed an order this morning for a Royal Gramma and an invert package. It has been frigggggged in my neck of the woods (It might get to 10 above today)

Everything came in fine, UPS did have troubles and did not make the truck, I had to drive 45 minutes to the hub to pick it up to keep it from sitting there overnight. So minus a oopsie from UPS, alls good.
