My last three orders with @LiveAquaria all included inverts (plus DD fish, which were all nice). Here are the results:
- 32/50 inverts dead on arrival (empty shells)
- 10/25 inverts DOA
- of 5 snails ordered: 1 was a rock, 1 was a crab, 1 was DOA

So on 3 orders, im receiving less than 44% of the inverts i order. I understand a few losses could occur, but this is ridiculous. And what kind of quality control allows a rock (very clearly a rock that looked nothing like a snail) to be sent instead of a snail, especially when there are only 5 total snails...pretty easy to see and fix.

Their response every time has been- send pictures and we will issue store credit, which i guess is ok, but then i end up having to spend more just to get what i originally ordered. Dont plan on doing that again...

Hello @uvaduthie. We sent a private message to discuss your concerns. We sincerely apologize for your recent experience and for the losses. We look forward to talking soon and the opportunity to make this right.
