Was this purchased through Divers Den or just regular LiveAquaria?

The following Hammer was sold as an orange. Which when I bought it at a frag swap under their leds it was orange. But I can't duplicate the orange even under my blue light.

Live Aquaria basically told me to kick rocks when I talk to them about it

To me gold means brown or unless you have great leds that create their own color. And why people get mad when they order coral because they look so great in the picture, but very seldom look like that when they come in. Sorry this happened. Darn Leds!

Are these originally from Australia?
FWIW There are definitely real gold hammers around, but there’s far more mediocre brown stuff around. Dishonest labelling / Marketing is a big problem imo especially with so much average coral is being exported.

Under my led light setting it’s a really nice purple so not all a loss. I only ask live Aquaria to give me a credit for the difference but o well life goes on I’ll atill buy from them but on higher end it will be the divers dean

Said it was from Australia and showed a beautiful pic of a gold hammer in the pic grrr

FWIW there’s better coloration than that, even without LED lighting. But unfortunately theres more average stuff being exported especially since Indonesia closed and our exporters have tried to maximise their output. Personally if you can pick one out in person it’s much better as you can see it under more natural lights if needed (and minus any photoshop skills).
