live black worms/Mysis shrimp?

Anyone know where I can find these locally or within a 100 miles?

Also if anyone has Mysis Shrimp in their fuge I would love to add some to mine. Would be willing to pay/trade.

My CBB only likes food that wiggles, so far:squigglemouth:

The Aquarium Shop usually carry live Black Worms that are nice and clean.

I don't know if you want to culture daphnia or grindal worms (dwarf white worms), but I have enough to give you starter cultures.
