Live foods

What’s a good nutritional easy to breed live food. Guppies? Mollies? I threw some guppies in for my volitan and my baby puffer was chasing them like crazy too, but the filefish nabbed it first. They (except the lion) eat the frozen mix I make but I like them to have variety. I also know puffers like clams but my guy is maybe an inch and a half where can I find them that small or should I just search at the river?

For the clams u can buy them and slice them up before feeding....sorry no info on the feeder fish...
