I downgraded from a 120g to a 40g breeder recently and now my culture provides more than I need for my system, leaving me with a few extra bottles every week.
Starter cultures are grown in the Poseidon Reef culture system with UV sterilized RODI water mixed with Salinity brand salt.

I don't think there's an official guideline to dosing phytoplankton, but for my tanks I dose two capful daily. My neighbor dose 5ml per 10 gallons daily.
