I put this thread here instead of the nuisance algae forum because I'm being optimistic. What's this growing like tiny little tree on my new live rock? I had lights out for the first 10 days or so, then turned up the ReefLED to 100% blue and white. I'm noticing some green color coming back to the rock that had died off since delivery. I'm just wondering if this is a good algae or bad algae and if I should take it easy with the lights . . .

I'm not sure what it is. The algae i see in your tank grows from higher nutrients coupled with the lights. I would test to see what excess nutrients are present and take the necessary actions to bring them down. If the corals are fine i would not change your light settings, I would lower the nutrients the algae is feeding on and your algae issues will be gone. Too make a long story short, I feed my fish 12 Hikari cubes a day, have 5 Kessil 360's all at 100% intensity and have really no algae.
