Could someone please identify this on my live rock around 1” in size, soft tissue, almost fluffy. This has appeared in 5 days from starting cycle. This rock was from another tank but has been dried for several months and rinsed before set up. Is this healthy or does it need removing?

I second sponge. Harmless and good for the tank.
Thank you. I was just surprised to find anything in 5 days from set up. Was just moving rock as realised could not get to the back of the tank and I wanted flow all around when I put my finger on it! Was shocked as was not expecting any growth of any kind in 5 days. Although according to testing the tank appears as though cycled!! Bacteria bloom, algae starting, initial ammonia spike and levels now settled.
