+1 Based on what I can see (arguably limited), a polyp is my take as well (barring any clearer images anyway).

Zoomed in it looks like some sort of pilyp . But also has a little anemone appearance

I think this is what it is, going to put the rock near my bubble tip anemones, they keep all the potentially invasive things under control.

Not 100% sure but I'm leaning toward majano anemone ... the dandelion of saltwater tanks.
