Live Rock Hitchiker Help

So would you suggest to just let everything settle in and leave it alone for a few days until the dry rock arrives? My higher powered LED is arriving tomorrow so Im assuming ill be able to see some new things by then. My plan is to kind of just assume I dont have anything awful until proven otherwise, lol.
Sounds like a good plan to me ;) you're going to see a bunch of cool stuff in the coming weeks. A small list of the stuff you can probably expect to see would be asterina starfish, your anemones which you've already found, sponges, algaes, possibly some snails. All kinds of goodies ;)

One thing that would help when you are asking for an ID and uploading a picture maybe edit the picture before uploading and draw an arrow, and x, text, pointer, circle, square, or what have you so it is easier to go right to it. Otherwise some of us with poor vision are playing hunting Waldo or where in the world is Carmine San Diego...

Haha! Sounds good, will do! And I have actually already found 4 snails! So excited

That small spiky red thing is probably Homotrema Rubrum, a type of Foraminiferan that is common on live rock and a cool thing to let grow. I always suggest that the novice reefer NOT over-react to every little thing growing out of the rock. The micro flora and fauna is one of the really cool things about a reef tank - few of them are really problematic. None of my reef tanks had ever been pest free; the key is to not let them get out of control.

Majano. Take a syringe and inject it with Lemon juice. It will literally melt away.

View from another perspective:
First off I do not have expertise and probably know only a small % of the other posters reef knowledge. Also you need to know I am probably biased as my first foray into salt water in the 1990's ended in a tank wipe out due to aiptasia, despite trying all the remedies then available.
If I were in your shoes I would not put anything in my tank that might be aiptasia or majones. Right now the live rock you have probably costs a small % of your future investment in both time and money. If you have access to an expert reefer whom you trust I'd get his opinion after he directly looks at your live rocks. Otherwise I'd trash the live rocks.
I wish you luck with your tank.
