Live Rock Problem

I have 3 peice of live rock in my 55 gallon fish tank. i just set it up like 12 day ago and i been look at the live rock every day and now i am see that one on my rock are getting big hole or tubes in it and they are getting bigger. wat should i do about this

Perhaps its manmade rock that had salt it but it wasn't allowed to dissolve out do that is what its doing

where did you buy the rock from? was it bought live? or curing dry? It could of had some life on it that is being killed in the cycle.

I can't see anything wrong. Maybe it had some algae or something covering holes and now its not there and holes are showing up. I wouln't be worried about it if it was me.

Doesn't look like a problem to me either. I have found on some of the rock I have handled that there are weak areas where the calcium deposits, or coraline algae were thin and fragile and have caved in or broken off. Could be something that simple happened to yours as well.
Nice looking piece of rock if you ask me....nice colors of coraline
