So I took my tank Down 6 months ago and washed off live rock and put in a bucket. Forgot that it was not wet and now it’s dry. Put it in the tank and it’s really white. What is the best way to cure it or should I toss it?

I had some rock sitting outside in the weather for about a year and decided to soak it in bleach for a few weeks followed by a week of soaking it in declorinator. I did this to get as much of the dead organics off the rock. After that, you can start a normal cure. If you're going to cure it in a tank, just get ready for some of those organics to be in the system.

+1 to the above but IMO you dont need to soak it for weeks. Id soak for a day and then dump water, rinse, and do it one more time. Then rinse, soak in dechlorinated water for a day, dump, rinse, soak again. Id do that part 3 or 4 times. Then let dry completely for a couple days and then cure. You could just rinse and put in the tank to cure but you will have high nitrates to deal with right off the bat with all that death.
