Thank to all for replying and helping me out with my tank. I noticed my rock has been turning white like if I sprinkled salt or snow. I do not know what this is?

Either sand particles ir bacteria starting to form. Increasing water flow will help greatly

Nothing to worry about. Not any pest or whatever to worry about.

Might be calcification. I bet it doesn't blow off, and is stuck.
Might be sand too as mention but it's getting bound to rock if it doesn blow off.
If it's bacteria as mentioned that's perfectly normal too.
That rock will change many colors and all kinds of spots as is ages and gets better and nicer looking, with more coraline, algae, and lots of good life.

Start to worry if you see bubble algae or Aptasia coming/growing on of rocks. Even that can be dealt with (sooner the better)
