Live rock with dead rock

Ok I ordered live rock got dry rock
Wasn't sure what I was doing ordered another 20 l bs but tank not set up yet
I left package in van for about a month
Must have been over 100 degrees in there
Well opened the box it's wrapped in plastic
After reading it's now dead rock
I just put them in 30 gallons of salt water I guess I read something about cooking them but here's my question
I got more live rock coming today so I was going to throw it in with the dead rock so can it cure with the dead rock.
Also got some frags on way will have to read up on what to do with those was also planning on putting them with the other rock.
I'll will be about week or two to get water in my tank and pumps set up its a 110 gallon
Any pointers for on how I should go about this?

Welcome to R2R!

To answer your first question, yes you can put the live rock and dead rock together. I personally like to cycle the rock in a brute trash can for a month or more and do a bunch of water changes to get the crud out.

I'm a little concerned that you have corals on the way. Can you cancel them? You're not going to have a stable place to put them (unless you have another tank you didn't mention).

The dead rock is in a spare 30g
My 110g just has sand in it
I can have them deliver the water and put them in that one
And transfer the other rock over in a month
Also on the dead rock do I just leave it with water changes or scrub it and water changes

I've never scrubbed my rocks, but some people do acid washes on them.

You didn't answer my question about the corals though.
