Most people get Fiji LR, because it is the cheapest. I prefer Florida aquacultured rock, as it has tons more coralline, pods, featherduster, hitchhikers etc. Some hitchhikers are bad though, but I have always gotten more good than bad.
I'm a big fan of the Fiji live rock myself, but there are other types out there that work just as good. (Pukani, Tonga, Florida etc) Here's a couple links that might help. GL.
I've always bought the florida live rock. Get it overnight and often the crabs and other corals and such may survive and so far I haven't seen a cheaper price.
Lets not forget just plain old dry rock. With this you get no pests. But, you also don't get anything else that Live Rock can get you. http://www.marcorocks.com/
Email them.
You can have it shipped to an airport in the states, and then drive it across the border with minimal hassle if you are close enough.

I've purchased florida aquacultured live rock several times and it's always worth the price. Last time I requested rock with corals and received several pieces with ivory corals, tube corals, and half a dozen brain corals. After a year all are growing and looking quite nice. I even have several red mitrax crabs that came in on the rock and I'm surprised they have survived since I don't make any special effort to feed them. Don't want to sound like an ad but they also have some nice brown gorgonians that survive well on decent tank lighting alone.
I agree with the earlier comment about dry rock. If you're just starting out the last thing you want to deal with is some pest. Not to say you'll get one from LE but this way you start out clean. I switched half my rock structure to manmade rock (I don't know the maker) that I bought dry from a LFS. I found it easier to aqua scape with than natural rock but it looks like LR. Plus they made with a coralline color so it has that nice purple effect.
