Hi Friends,

Need some guidance/feedback.

Right now I don't think I have any live rocks. What I have is somewhat artificial and the LFS said it's somewhat the same.

I do have very little algae growth n my rocks. So should I add new live rocks? My tank is somewhat 4 months old now.

All water pararms seems to be ok except for phosphate and nitrate levels.

Thanks

What do you mean it’s somewhat artificial? Like mines rock? Or dry rock? If that’s the case it will eventually become live rock, it just takes time. No need to add live rock.

the arrow is pointing to a sponge. by artificial do you mean manmade dry rock? how old is the tank?

ignore that arrow. I will remove that pic. it's just to show the ricks. the tank is 4 months old. I will call them and ask what is the exact rock name

as long is they aren't made of plastic or similar material, they should be fine. they look like manmade dry rock to me. but I could be wrong. my guess they are fine, considering your livestock isn't dead.
