would like to report a sale that i was in and the Fish store keeps putting off the shipping--they are 2 weeks overdue and would like to tell reef to reef -

Which vendor?

Which vendor?
Joe knows reefs--i asked for a refund and he said he would give me credits -which i havent seen either, but would rather have my money back than go thru this, he replied that he would send and havent seen it yet. i looked on website and the order still says "pending"
I am not the only one that did not get their order.

Two things.
1. Give them benefit of doubt. Many reasons they they might hold off. 1. Too hot and they are worried about doa. The corals don’t look healthy and they are holding to see if they improve. 3. Corals died and they are trying to get a replacement. Most of the vendors here (Joe being one of them) are generally good people and don’t screw people around or over

worst case, call your credit card company.

i have and more than this time too.

i have been going back and forth with them for 2 1/2 weeks. things do come up, understood. But it is ongoing-between oops i forgot to there are storms- which there weren't as someone lives close to the area, and lastly i misunderstood what you said. Clearly following thru is a problem.

I understand some
Like to warn others of negative encounters but for my self
A Lesson learned is enough .
keep it on the back of your mind and avoid future transactions .
I’m sure there are reasons why the shipment wasn’t made yet
Imagine some importers place orders and have their livestock held by customs at airports for weeks on end .

things happen …

Think of the whole picture .
instead of wasting time to post a negative review .
Some companies do it to themselves. things have a funny way of working out in the end

essentially , given lemons , it’s others choice to let them spoil or make lemonade .

I always feel that transparency is the best policy in cases such as these. If you are a vender and having inventory/supply issues, then say so...we live in crazy times, and most reasonable people understand that, but be up front about it and don't make excuses.

agreed--waste of energy!

thanks for your response.

A little side track
After the negative review .
if all would have arrived well and in a timely manner would you have posted a positive review ?
Yes I would have.and have in the past. I must add-a positive review is also going back to the supplier correct?
Awhile back someone posed something negative about this supplier. I didn’t see it until now. I replied back to this person too. This was some time ago. I disagreed with this person as I did not have the same results until now.
