Live worm in reef rubble, keep or remove?

They weren't kidding when they said its live rock lol, found this little dude crawling out.. Currently have the piece separated from the tank should I try to remove the worm and put the rock back? Keep both out? Of course im worried about bobbits and all that crazy stuff but realize it would be very rare.
 
Appears to be a baby bristle but if unsure or uncomfortable- not worth holding - discard

Thats what im leaning towards, would like to keep the rubble though.. If i try to remove the worm and it breaks in half do you think the other half could live on?
 
pulled out part of it, 99% sure its a baby bristle worm no biggie has very small bristles on the sides.
