Have any of you ordered fish or any specimens from liveaquaria.com? What do you think of the quality, customer service, etc.?

All day. Mostly good quality. A1 customer service.

IMO pet solutions is just as good, sources fish from the exact same place and is cheaper. Same warranty. Free shipping after $99 vs live aquaria's $225, has just as good customer service, and literally you could order a fish from either place and get the same specimen they come from quality marine.

Divers den is top tier though.

I've probably spent 3k at LA, 2K on DD and 2K at divers den. All great.

I've gotten a few divers den fish and have always been very impressed with them. It's the only place I have ordered fish online.

I have a black leopard from them in qaurantine right now also the potters wrasse, scotts wrasse, purple tang and Midas blenny in my display are from them. Only issue I've had with them is the last 2 vroliks wrasse I got from them died but I believe it's something to do with whoever is collecting them. You absolutely can't beat the customer service and warranty

You seem like a good customer.
They had a guy post a few minutes earlier who bought a clam from liveaquaria.com. it was supposed to be purple or blue but it came in brown but I think it was just probably the shipping period that made it lose its color.

Always seems like a high quality place. What fish did you get from the lfs the other day? I am just curious.

I got a jeweled wrasse

both are in qaurantine with the black wrasse right now. Stock pics but that's how they look I have a lot of pvc fittings in QT so it's hard to get pics

125 gallon 6' long. They're in a 40 gallon qaurantine now. I have a powder blue in the display so I have to qaurantine everything

I have made a few purchases from Live Aquaria and have had great experiences in each case. I can't say much about the customer service element because I had no need to talk to them. Fish were in great condition and everything was as promised. One thing that I did find interesting and appreciated was that I had been looking for a particular fish and they did not have it at the time. I clicked on the "add to email list" and to my surprise six months later I got an email saying that they finally had some specimens in stock. Quite a few details about the fish and why it took so long to get them.

That's great, I always see the feature when I browse the website.

Another thing about pet solutions - they have the same warranty as LA

I have had some issues on stuff I ordered through LA, ie I ordered two Picasso clowns and they sent me a snowflake and a Picasso....

That said, their CS is bang on. I don't know if the same CS folks deal with LA and DD as I've dealt with both, but they're so good at honoring their livestock it's worth it IMO.
