Been a customer for over a decade but just can't do it anymore. Every single order recently is at least half DOA and the other half barely survives. Sure I can get store credit, but then I have to purchase more from these clowns. Not to mention a lot of things die just outside of the 7 day guarantee. Recently bought a mandarin that was half frozen because they shipped it without an insulated box or heat pack. If that wasn't bad enough, the fish was basically dead from starvation with its stomach caved in. Also got an $80 fungia that shipped in a separate box for some reason. At least it was insulated and had a heat pack, but they managed to screw that up too. Water was 75 degrees and the bag was basically touching the heat pack so clearly they overheated the plate at some point. It arrived with its mouth hanging open and exposed skeleton which is basically a death sentence. Was honestly tempted to let it die and make the claim, but I tried to save it and now I'm out $80 because it died a few days after the 7 day guarantee. I could understand if they were cutting corners to save money, but this kind of incompetence doesn't save money and pushes customers away. What in the world is going on over there???
