I had a big order and some of the items were great, others were not. A wrasse really struggled to make it, but I kept it in QT and it perked up about a week later.

Half of my inverts were DOA. The best you can get is a store credit, which isn't too helpful.

That's about all any online vendor will give you and most are arrive alive, at least LA gives you 2 weeks!
