LiveAquaria Salt Alk??

My chalice is not looking good. I started testing and found low alkalinity (7).

I tested a freshly mixed 50 gallon barrel of LiveAquaria salt, which I just recently switched to. The Alk was 6.5. Not good.

Anyone else have this problem?
