Hey All!

I got 2 shipments coming from LiveAquaria. The one from Wisconsin shipped at 2 pm Central, which I thought was crazy early. The one from Cali has yet to ship. I normally get the confirmation email anywhere from 3-5 pm Central, but I haven’t ordered in awhile. Have they been shipping out later from Cali?

My last order from California was delayed by an extra day without any correspondence but my last shipment two weeks ago showed shipping around 6pm central. My Wisconsin order was shipped today and I also was notified really early of that one.

Did you order fish for your California order?

I have a flame hawk + CUC coming. It says both are in stock on website still, so I’m hoping they just “forgot” or whatever.

Yes, I ordered fish and and a crab. They have the warning on their website that your order may be delayed, I just wished they would correspond better as most people aren’t home 24/7.

Keep in mind just because you got a notice does not mean that your fish are packed and shipped. When they create the shipment with Fed Ex through internet it sends you a notice. If you try and track it you will get a message that a shipment has been created and status will be updated after package is received by Fed Ex.

Yep. Thanks!

Mine shows picked up by fedex at 1:58 pm CT so it had to be packed prior. I’m not concerned though as long as it’s well packed. Rhinelander is kind of in the middle of no where so I’m sure there is no 5oclock pickup.

Got the same timestamp on mine. Guess we’re box bros lol

generally with them, no confirmation means - not shipped. Call in the morning and you will also be able to find out why

hehe well… they downgraded their packing recently. Was a lot of complains on this forum. Weather has been 60s though so that should help.

Update

I emailed them last night, they got back to me this morning. They said they couldn’t package all orders before the cutoff for fedex yesterday. I’ll call them later to see if they can get my order completed today

Somewhat unrelated update.

Wisconsin fish showed up dead. Heat pack was barely warm. They need to at the bare minimum put in a heat pack that is half decent

That's unfortunate. What was your weather like? My Wisconsin shipment showed up warm and very well packed. Mine weren't delivered until noon and it was only 41 degrees out.

I had the shipment held at a FedEx location. It wad 50 degrees out, but the box was held inside. I picked it up at 4pm, but the water was wayyyy colder than room temp. I’m guessing the heat pack gave out at some point during the journey and the water never warmed back up. These things happen though and at the end of the day there’s nothing I can do.

Did they use those crappy bags instead of a proper insulated box?
